Retreat Island on Smith Mt. Lake in Virginia is our little destination getaway.  It's a place to forget the traditional worries of a vacation property. There's no lawn to mow, no floors to clean, no utility bills, and no house to maintain. 

It's the perfect place for us to pull up by boat, and let our dogs run free.  A place to sit on the beach, splash in the water, enjoy stories by the fire, and share some good times with friends.
